We walk every room with you before we leave. If something isn't right, we come back. Here's exactly what that means, in plain language.

Most service companies write a guarantee so hedged it means nothing. Ours is simple. If the result doesn't meet the standard we described before the job, we come back and make it right. The policies below spell out the specifics, not to limit the guarantee, but so you know exactly what to expect.

Return policies

Wicking return, 7-day window

If a treated spot wicks back within 7 days, we come back and re-treat it at no charge.

Why 7 days? Carpet dries within a day of cleaning. Wicking, which is when soil deep in the backing rises to the surface as the carpet dries, usually shows up in 2 to 3 days. The 7-day window gives you a comfortable buffer to report it without inviting late callbacks on unrelated issues.

Stain return, 30-day window

If a stain we committed to removing comes back within 30 days, we return and re-treat it at no charge.

Note: We only commit to stains with a realistic shot at coming out, based on fiber type, age, and chemistry. If a stain probably won't come fully clean, we tell you before the job. No surprises.

End-of-job walk-through

We walk the rooms with you at the end of every job. If something isn't right, we handle it before we leave, or schedule a return visit. Every time, no exceptions.

What the guarantee doesn't cover

Our guarantee is broad, and meant to be. But it can't override physics.

  • Worn-out carpet. A polyester fiber that's matted, crushed, or worn through can be cleaned, but it can't be restored. We'll tell you that before we start.
  • Structural cracks in tile. Cleaning pulls soil and staining out of grout and tile, but it doesn't repair cracks in the tile itself.
  • Wood floor scratches. Existing scratches in hardwood or LVP aren't a cleaning issue, so cleaning won't resolve them.
